User Facebook or Google Login is mandatory for use of the application and failure to provide said data will result in inability for application function. Users are free to choose not to communicate this information at the consequence of loss of function of the application.

Recast requires Google (or Facebook) permissions, which grants access to the user’s Google account for information and personal data as vetted by said user. This service allows Recast to connect to the user’s Google account as provided by Google.
Recast may take the following personal information from the user’s Google or Facebook account, please note that the following data is dependent on which permissions are granted to each domain individually and exclusively: profile photograph, full name, friends list, email address.

Personal data provided by user may be utilized for legal purposes by application owner and/or data controller under warranted circumstances as indicated by a court of law, or in leading to potential legal action stemming from improper use of the application. User declares awareness that personal information may be revealed if required by legally-relevant public authorities.
